Every day, I’m checking-in on the account and gathering valuable data to continually craft plans and strategies to further optimize your paid search presence. I report these findings to you usually via email, and if there’s a problem, I’ll let you know not only what I’m planning to do to improve it but what the next step is if that doesn’t work. These analytics also provide actionable data for your business, and I’ll mention these when I find them. We’ll learn things like how customers interact with your pages, tips and tricks to help optimize your website to perform better, and what sort of competition you have (and sometimes even your top competitor’s names!).
What analytics data is gathered by Google Ads?
Google Ads collects huge amounts of data about how your website performs in paid search. This data is not only useful for empowering performance in Google Ads itself, but for giving insights that can be useful for your business. Many questions can be answered by keeping an eye on impression share, clickthrough rate (engagement rate), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rate, and more.
How do you find good keywords in Google Ads?
Google has specialized tools to identify valuable keywords. In addition to keyword research I do learning about my client’s industries and market, I use Google’s own tools to learn which ones will work with your budget and my strategies. Once ads are running, I monitor keyword performance every day. I analyze not only the keywords, but search terms used, to ensure that relevant traffic is being driven to your business.
What are audiences in Google Ads?
Audiences are groups of users with a shared interest or purchasing intent. By observing audiences, we can see who is interacting with your ads. Often, this leads to new insights and unexpected actionable data, such as customers in a seemingly unrelated group greatly valuing your products. I use audiences not only to optimize your ads, but to identify different groups that are interested in your website. And, to ensure that relevant traffic is driven to your business by ads by excluding showing ads to audiences that don’t perform.
